Hi everybody and welcome to the new blog I have set up. I want this to become a community where everyone can share their experiences, learn more about yoga and offer advice.

Yoga should be an intrical part of everyone’s lives. There is much stigma surrounding yoga and many misconceptions that need to be uncovered and exposed. It doesn’t matter how old you are, whether you are male or female or even if you have a disability. We all can benefit from practising yoga in some form and hopefully here, we’ll be able to show you how and open your eyes to a whole new and exciting world.
I’ll be honest, I am not an expert nor will I claim to be. I enjoy practising yoga and want to share the experience with you. If you are a teacher/practitioner, we’d love for you to join us and offer you knowledge.
